At ABSOLUTE Health Care Services, our Licensed Practical Nurses can be assigned to your case. They will visit you at home and provide personalized care under the supervision of our Registered Nurses. At times, they can work with a team of Certified Nursing Assistants and Registered Nurses.
As far as personal care goes, our LPN’s will take care of basic nursing duties as well as:
- Bed-side care
- Meal preparation and planning
- Health Monitoring
- Medication reminders
- Mobility training and assistance
- Nutritional Guidance
- Hygiene Assistance
